The Martial Arts are not only about kicking and punching, but also about being your best at home, at school, and in the community.  At KMA, character development is of utmost importance and is why we challenge our students to show discipline and focus outside 
of the martial arts classes.

Parents: 
  • Utilize this sheet to work with any challenges at home and allow us to help or motivate when needed.
  • Please turn in or submit at the end of the month to receive a green stripe.  
  • Students must have at least 2 green stripes before testing for their next belt.

Chart Options

Families now have the option to either complete a paper or digital version of the Home Behavior Chart.
Paper Version: Digital Version:
  • Complete the Form below to recieve your digital version.
  • Key features of the digitial version include the day of the week for each day will be automatically populated and automatic counts to help track how your child is doing.
  • Please note that a Gmail/Google account is required for the digital option.
  • Upon submission, your document will be emailed to you and shared with you in Google Drive.
