What’s the difference from basic martial arts, aerobic or cardio/fitness kickboxing programs?
Unlike traditional martial arts classes, the use of high-energy music adds to your stimulation and motivation. Unlike cardio/fitness kickboxing classes, the techniques are those used in actual martial combat, and taught by an experienced martial arts champion versus a fitness instructor.
K.I.C.K. Fit’s unique approach is that it combines cardio and interval training methodologies with techniques and training strategies used by actual kickboxers.
You get the benefits of cardio training and continued gains of high intensity interval training (HIIT), as well as a practical self defense base.
Classes will go by fast because there is so much going on and so much to learn.
